Condo Insulation Duluth MN
This is a Multi-unit home-to-condo conversion that was done recently at Duluth’s famous Observation Hill area. We insulated several areas of this condo that couldn’t be effectively insulated with conventional insulation, due to the complexity of the structure. We also did some sound insulating in this structure to reduce flanking noises from neighbors. Icynene® will reduce midrange noise significantly. The owner of the project was so pleased with our work, he wished he had contacted us for the first part of the restoration.

Commercial Insulation in Superior, WI
We insulated a problem spot between the new addition and existing building at Superior Beverage in Superior WI. The area was 5’ x 200’ and created large amounts of condensation due to an air permeable insulation. We insulated the area with Icynene®, treated it with a vapor retarder, and solved the problem. This warehouse was the cleanest I have ever seen, so water dripping from the roof was a big concern to them.

Cabin Insulation, Alborn, MN
At this cabin in Alborn, we insulated the walls of the crawl space to keep the pipes from freezing, and to make the floor warmer. We also insulated directly under the floor in the bathroom to make that hard floor even warmer. We do several of these small projects every year that can prevent some major problems from occurring, especially when you can’t be there to check on things all the time.

Icynene Insulation & The North Shore Gales
These double condo units on the shores of Lake Superior definitely get hit with the gales of November. We have installed spray foam insulation in all of these units and we have been told that using Icynene® in his project was the best decision the developer made. These condos have been costing $75.00 per month for heat – not bad for about 2000 square feet of living space.
